4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must ensure:

  • Compliance with GST and applicable laws
  • Proper packaging and timely dispatch
  • Resolution of product-related disputes

5. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Buildbajar reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, designs, and software are the exclusive property of Buildbajar and may not be reused without authorization.

7. Suspension & Termination

Buildbajar may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms, misuse, or fraudulent activity without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buildbajar shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the order value.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction vested in Indian courts.
